  • Are your products premade or are they made on demand?
    Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
  • Do you create custom items?
    If you want me to create something completely new for you, send me a message. Prices will vary depending on the complexity of the design and the product/shirt. You can contact me here
  • Why are embroidered items different in price?
    Pricing is based on the stitch count and the time needed to embroider the design.
  • What if I like a design, but don’t necessarily like the product its on?
    If there is a listing in my store you like, but its not on the type of shirt/product you’re looking for (hoodie, crewneck sweatshirt, tank, long sleeve tee, youth/baby/toddler etc), reach out with the design you like along with the type of product you prefer to have it on and I’ll have a new product listing created for you.   • How long does shipping take?
    Once a product is ordered, it should be in the recipients hands in 6-10 days. This is the average time. Times may differ during busy seasons. Shipping Timeline Breakdown: It takes 3-7 business days to create the product. Once the product has been created, it takes 3-7 days to be delivered.
  • What are the size conversions for youth items?
    If you’re unsure which size to purchase, check out our size and measurement info here
  • What is your return policy?
    My production partner doesn’t offer returns and exchanges. HOWEVER, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting my shop!
  • Do you offer refunds
    Refunds are only offered to customers that receive incorrect items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact my shop with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll work on getting it sorted out for you.
  • What about size and color exchanges?
    At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—there is one for every item listed in my store. You can view those here Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let me know by contacting my shop within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I’ll work on sending you a new one or issuing a refund!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Orders can be cancelled on my shop WITHIN ONE HOUR of ordering. Otherwise, your item will have already started/completed the production phase.
